COVID-19 Class Refund Policy
Due to the current uncertainties caused by COVID-19, the Lakeville Area Arts Center has developed a temporary COVID-19 and illness cancelation policy.
Cancelations made by the Arts Center: Registration fees for a program canceled by the Arts Center will be fully refunded.
Cancelations made by participant: We request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancelations when possible due to costs incurred for program supplies and instructor’s time. Participant cancelations due to COVID-19 or illness will be processed with no cancelation fee. Any cancelations due to illness or injury after the program start date will receive a prorated refund upon request, prorated from the date of notification.

Lakeville Area Arts Center Standard Cancelation Policy
Participant cancelations made prior to registration deadline or 48 hours prior to the start of the program will receive a refund, less a $10 service fee, or full credit* towards a future program, whichever the registrant prefers. No refunds processed within 48 hours of program start and/or after activity registration deadline. Due to circumstances beyond our control there are no refunds for certain preregistered programs. No online cancelations. Cancelations can be made over the phone during business hours. The Standard Cancelation policy applies to all cancelations not falling under the temporary COVID-19 Refund Policy.
*Credits older than 18 months will be applied to the Lakeville Scholarship Fund.
