Twin Cities Ballet

The "Mini-Nutcracker" is a delightful abbreviated version of Twin Cities Ballet’s classic, “A Minnesota Nutcracker,” designed to introduce children to the magic of this family favorite. This beloved holiday tradition with soaring music by Tchaikovsky promises to hold the attention of even the youngest theatergoer. Suitable for all ages, this version is less than an hour and is performed by cast members from Twin Cities Ballet’s full-length production. A perfect holiday mini-treat!

The film "Speaking of Dying", captures the importance of individuals and groups speaking openly about decisions we may face near the end of life. The interviews in this 25-minute documentary reveal the complexities of choices in today’s medical environment while demonstrating resources and attitudes that can empower us. Now, more than ever, we all need to write thoughtful Health Care Directives. Who will be my advocate if I am unable to speak for myself? What happens if I have an unexpected illness or accident? How do I talk to my loved ones about my future health care preferences? Intention is important. Laurel Riedel, Advanced Practice RN, will lead the post film conversation about choices and completing or updating your Health Care Directive.
