Lakeville Heritage Center

  1. Driver Safety Course Initial 8 hour (2 nights)

    August 18, 2020, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Heritage Center

    The Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center conducts driver safety classes at the Heritage Center. Drivers 55+ may be eligible for a 10% discount on their auto insurance. An 8-hour course is initially required, followed by a 4-hour refresher class every three years.

    We need 300 donors - there will be prizes given away! Blood is in need again because surgeries are now happening. We’re looking for participants of all ages. Each donation can save up to three lives!

    Appointments are encouraged and masks are required.

    Ages 6-12

    Coach Jorge is excited to meet the youth at their level and help refine basic soccer techniques, while introducing new and more challenging skills during this three-day camp. Coach Jorge has been coaching soccer for 15 years. He has coached multiple teams at the high school level, worked with various cities running recreational soccer programs and has worked with Lakeville Parks & Recreation for approximately three years coaching soccer for younger youth. He can't wait to see you at camp this summer!

    Our kitchens can be amazing science labs…so join Science Explorers as we throw open the kitchen cabinets and enjoy fun, “hands-in” science. We will explore states of matter, chemical reactions and more with experiments that bubble, fizzle, crackle and pop. Be sure to dress so you can get messy. Note: Flour, cornstarch, oil and other common kitchen ingredients may be used, but not consumed.
