For ages 11-15
Learn basic sketching skills through observing and recording nature in the outdoors at Ritter Farm Park. Rain or shine! If it’s raining, we’ll bring nature indoors and draw items such as a pine cone or a flower. After the camp is complete, the journal is yours to keep to be continued through the summer. Make sure you apply sunscreen, bug spray and dress your child appropriately for hiking in the park.

Enjoy a beautiful boat ride along the shores of the St. Croix River. Lunch includes a build-your-own-sandwich buffet, pasta salad, fresh fruit, cookie and water. Cash bar is available. Do a little shopping in downtown Hudson before the trip back. (Considerable walking and managing narrow gangplanks are required. Participants may bring walkers or wheelchairs along on the trip.)

Kamp Kermit is a place where kids can be kids while participating in a wide variety of activities, from games and music to arts and crafts. Preschoolers will make new friends and learn about good manners, the ABCs, playground safety, the environment and more.

Our goal is to equip middle school aged students with the skills needed to navigate their middle school years and transition successfully into high school. We will encourage those “In the Middle” to reach their personal potential and develop positive peer relationships through recreational and team building activities. Some of the skills that your student will be developing in this class are increasing mind/body wellness, independent thinking, personal growth, self-confidence, and engaging in positive peer interactions. Participants may participate in activities such as team building challenges, relays, obstacle courses, kickball and guided peer discussions. Topics and discussions may include friendship, bullying, kindness and the impact you can make on your community.

Soccer on the grass turf—the kids will love it! This is an introductory program for children to learn soccer basics and have a great time. Each week we will work on soccer skills and play fun, soccer-themed games. Soccer ball size 3 or 4 required, shin guards recommended for safety. Tennis shoes or soccer cleats required.
