Introduction to Forest Bathing

For ages 18+

Participants will slow down, de-stress from their daily routine and deepen their connections to nature. Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," is different from other nature experiences because we will slow down with intentionality and engage all the senses through guided activities. Give your mind and body time to rest, wander and wonder in nature.
