Maple Syruping Science & History

Ages 5+, participants 5-15 must be accompanied by a registered adult

Join an EcoElsa educator to collect tree sap and boil it while learning about the history and science of maple syruping. Families will also get to participate in a variety of games and activities while the sap boils to learn more about the different indigenous people who were the first to make syrup as well as about the trees we harvest sap from. Class will be taught all outdoors so make sure to dress for the weather.
