2013 Envision Lakeville Process

In 2013 the Lakeville City Council initiated a citywide visioning process called Envision Lakeville (PDF). The purpose of the visioning process was to bring people together to share opinions and ideas about what they "envision" for the future of Lakeville. The process included input from residential, commercial, and industrial property owners as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations and a task force of community members appointed by the City Council.

2018 Envision Lakeville Process

In 2018 the City Council initiated a five-year update to the 2013 Envision Lakeville report that included a community-wide survey and reassembled the Envision Lakeville taskforce. The taskforce was responsible for reviewing the data collected from the community survey and for reviewing the 2013 Envision Lakeville report to ensure the vision statement, the list of community values and strategic priorities reflect the current and future needs and goals of the community. Envision Lakeville Dashboard

As part of the Envision Lakeville process, the following dashboard was created as a way for the public to monitor and track the City's progress as it works towards implementing the Community Values and Strategic Priorities outlined in the Envision Lakeville report.
